Subscription Terms & 3-Month Commitment

The short version

When you subscribe to any WellnessCave™ product, you are committing to a minimum of 3 monthly deliveries before you can cancel or pause. This is clearly noted on every product page before you purchase.

Why we have a minimum commitment

The supplements we sell are designed for consistent daily use over months, not weeks. Creatine takes 3–4 weeks to saturate your muscles. Milk Thistle shows measurable liver enzyme improvement at 8–12 weeks. Our subscription model exists to give these products enough time to work. The minimum commitment protects you from stopping before you see results — and protects us from the misuse of subscription discounts.

The full terms

Minimum commitment: All Subscribe & Save plans require a minimum of 3 consecutive monthly deliveries. During this period, your subscription cannot be cancelled or paused. Your card will be charged automatically on the same date each month for orders 1, 2, and 3.

Subscription discount: Subscribe & Save orders receive 20% off the standard retail price. The discounted price is applied to all orders, including your first. After your 3-month commitment is fulfilled, you continue to receive the 20% discount for as long as you remain subscribed.

Early cancellation charge: If you cancel before completing your 3-month minimum commitment, a retroactive charge equal to 25% of your first order's subtotal will be applied to your payment method on file. This recovers the subscription discount applied to orders already fulfilled.

After the minimum commitment: From month 4 onwards, you may cancel, pause, or skip deliveries at any time directly from your account dashboard — no need to contact us. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled billing date.

Renewals: Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically every 30 days. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal charge.

Modifications: You may update your delivery address, payment method, or product variant at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing info@mywellnesscave.com.

Pausing: After completing your 3-month minimum commitment, you may pause your subscription for up to 90 days. Your subscription resumes automatically after the pause period unless cancelled.
