Subscriptions & Commitment

What is the 3-month minimum commitment?

When you subscribe to any WellnessCave™ product, you agree to receive and pay for a minimum of 3 monthly deliveries before cancelling or pausing. This is because all of our products require consistent daily use over 6–12 weeks to deliver measurable results. We want you to give the supplement enough time to work.

The commitment is clearly displayed on every product page before you purchase. There are no hidden terms.

What happens if I cancel before 3 months?

If you cancel before completing your 3-month minimum commitment, a retroactive charge equal to 25% of your first order's subtotal will be applied to your payment method. This recovers the subscription discount (20% off) applied to your orders. You will be notified of this at the point of cancellation.

How do I cancel after my 3-month commitment?

From month 4 onwards, you can cancel directly from your account dashboard in one click. No phone call. No email required. Just log in, navigate to subscriptions, and cancel. Your subscription will stop before your next billing date.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes — after completing your 3-month commitment, you can pause your subscription for up to 90 days. Your subscription resumes automatically after the pause period ends. Pausing is available from your account dashboard.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. After your 3-month commitment period, you can skip your next delivery from your account dashboard at any time before the billing date. The following delivery will ship as scheduled.

Will I be warned before each renewal charge?

Yes. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before every renewal charge. The email will include the amount, the scheduled delivery date, and a direct link to your subscription management dashboard.

What discount do subscribers receive?

All Subscribe & Save plans receive 20% off the standard retail price on every order, including your first. The discounted price is shown on the product page before you commit.

How long before I see results?

This depends on the product:

  • Creatine Gummies: Muscle saturation begins in the first week. Most subscribers report noticeable strength and recovery improvements by weeks 3–4. Cognitive benefits may appear earlier.
  • Milk Thistle: Energy and digestion improvements typically appear in weeks 1–2. Measurable liver enzyme improvement at 8–12 weeks with consistent use.
  • Shilajit Gold Gummies: Energy and clarity improvements in weeks 1–2. Hormonal and recovery benefits typically measurable at 6–8 weeks.

Results require daily, consistent use. Missing days extends the timeline.

Are your products third-party tested?

Are your products GMP certified?

Yes. All WellnessCave™ products are manufactured in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facilities, which are subject to regular auditing of manufacturing processes, quality control, and hygiene standards.

Are the gummies vegan?

Our gummies are formulated without gelatin and are suitable for vegans. Full ingredient information is listed on each product page and on the product packaging.

Can I take multiple WellnessCave™ products together?

Yes. Creatine Gummies and Milk Thistle are commonly taken together — supporting performance and recovery simultaneously. All three products can be taken together without contraindication. If you take prescription medication, consult your GP before adding any new supplement.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to the UK and internationally. UK standard delivery is free on all subscription orders. International delivery rates are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders: 3–5 business days standard. International orders: 7–14 business days depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email address. Alternatively, use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.

Account & Payments

How do I manage my subscription?

Log in to your account at mywellnesscave.com and navigate to the Subscriptions section. From there you can update your delivery address, payment method, skip a delivery (after month 3), pause (after month 3), or cancel (after month 3).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details — they are held by our payment processor.

What if my payment fails on renewal?

If a renewal payment fails, you will receive an email notification. We will attempt to recharge your card automatically after 3 days. If the second attempt also fails, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment method from your account dashboard.
